I'm a Film Student at UNM. Currently writing my own Screenplays, turning grand ideas into do-able film concepts. I love Flash Animation/Games and Video Games, as a viewer only. And love to see both mediums advance as accepted art forms.

I have been holding on to these babies for quit some time. They where the first two films I ever made, with two friends of mine in high school my senior year (2005.) Due to the music used in them, they aren't easy to post on sites anymore, Vimeo is the only place that wont remove them (Just a note, since I made them in high school for a project, for no profit, they fall under fair use.) So here was the start: of the Carbination series, and my love of video making. Enjoy!
Carbination:
A short parody film of the Kung-fu genre. Featuring The story of a young man named Ted who is training to become a ninja master. But when his master dies, he is given a challenge, will he be victorious!?
C2:
The parody sequel to Carbination. Featuring the story of Ted's brother, Karl. Who after leaving the evil ninja clan, finds the identical twin brother of Ted's Sense, Sense Lloyd. The two pair up and investigating the sudden unexplained death of Ted.
This is the third project for my Art Video Production class. We had to use a set piece of dialogue given to us in class, and ONLY that. And where told to use it any way we wanted. So me and Johnny chose to make a contemporary Hip-Hop music video.
Johnny wrote the song himself. As well as played the music artist. With me shooting it, and doing some cameo appearances as a Hip-Hop cohort, and at the end for an inside joke. (The song is named after the professor of the class, Bryan Konefsky.)
Obviously the short is meant to be a parody on contemporary Hip-Hop performers, like Kanye West. using simple beats from Garage Band and Auto tuned voices. And making fun of Music Videos. Shot with flashy cloths and accessories, In a tacky way.
This is the second short I made for my Art Video Production Class. we where given old 16mm footage and asked to edit it into our own Found Footage short. Mine was from a mid 50's educational short about the 5 senses.
So I chose to re-edit the footage into a communism awareness short meant to be shown to parents during the red scare days.
The short is meant to be funny. NOT to be taken seriously. It's a farce and mockery of American paranoia, and 50's cold war American culture.
I am taking an Art Film Video Production class this semester. Where me and a friends of mine, Johnny, are teaming up each project to make something different and new that fits the projects requirements. And here is the first short!
It's called "Can't Read My Monsters Face." It was conceived and directed by Johnny, and I starred in it! We had to use animation of some kind, and since me and Johnny both love human stop motion in styling of Jan Svankmajer (He was a major influence to Tim Burton.) We decided to do a sick and twisted animation with humans as the characters.
It is very much a parody of the silent film style. As me and Johnny though both respect it and some of its players (Chaplin and Keaton.) We pretty much hate the outdated Silent Era style. So figured we would make fun of it!
This is a short piece I made for a class that focused on mainstream Hollywood film making. We wrote a Hiku, then shot a short that went along with it.
The piece is just called "Ruins" and focuses on someone who's life is changed by the recession and economic collapse. I shot it in true Hollywood style; I directed and wrote the piece, and had my friend Andres do the camera work/cinematography and acting, Enjoy!
